Saucy!

Teamwork enables Brand Design Speed-To-Market. The teamwork of ROWE Creative Union, JEFFERSON_ARCHITECTURE, and Summit Properties & Development brought a new brand to life in less than ten months from the word GO!

Christophe Poirier (Yum! Chief New Concept Officer), collaborated with ROWE Creative Union to create an entirely new Brand Concept from February to May 2024.

JEFFERSON ARCHITECTURE’s BRAND STUDIO evaluated multiple sites, developed construction documents, and received site & building permits by early September (4-months!). This teamwork enabled Summit Properties & Development to complete the construction by mid-December 2024 for a SAME YEAR OPENING!

It was wonderful to see that Yum! Brands’ leadership is still focused on the impact national Brand Development can have on communities and on the people who make these restaurants work! Shelly Ann Sinanan was presented with the keys to the store, recognized for her strong leadership, and celebrated as the RGM of the first Saucy in Orlando!
